This week I made a significant change by adding macros into the mix. I really focused on eating clean, green and hitting my macros and I have already dropped three pounds. Now I know it’s not all about the scale, but for someone who has been struggling for the past year to drop weight, this is very exciting. I feel that this week proves that my nutrition is a big factor in why I have plateaued. Ending this week, I feel motivated to stay on track by continuing to count macros.
