This week, I’ve learned that I need to focus more on drinking water and staying on track with my meals. When I am not exposed to bad foods and plan ahead, I stick to my meals. But I am easily convinced and eat bad foods more because they are there and not always because I want to eat them. Towards the end of the week I binged more because I was unprepared when it came to my meals. I’ve made a point to plan ahead for this week and meal prep as much as I can to set myself up for success this coming week. Disciplining myself when it comes to food is my next biggest goal. This coming week is my birthday, My plan is to stay on track as much as possible throughout the week and eat mindfully this weekend while still celebrating. So far I’m loving the protein pancake recipe from the guide!
